Background information on the transmission:

ESA astronaut Frank De Winne who is visiting the ISS in the frame of the Odissea Belgian Taxi Flight Mission, will be talking (in French and Dutch) to personalities gathering at the Brussels Planetarium in Heyzel. These include the Belgian Criown Prince Philip, the EU Commissioner for Research, Philippe Busquin, and the Belgian Minister of Economic Affairs, Charles Picque.

The ESA TV Service will provide the images from the ISS featuring De Winne’s statements, for re-use by all interested broadcasters. The link is expected to occure between 19:44-20:02 GMT.

Please note that this transmission is on a different than usual satellite path.
