HMP-2002: Pascal’s Lee’s log 30 Jun 2002
A beautiful day today: bright sunshine and almost cloudless
blue skies. The team sorted out cargo at the Polar Shelf hangar
in preparation for tomorrow’s first deployment to Devon Island.
We were joined in Resolute Bay this evening by April Akeeagok,
a high school student from Grise Fiord who, like Matthew Pudluk
and Jeffrey Kheraj, worked on our project last Summer already.
Together with Jeffrey and Matthew, April will be part of a first
contingent of bright local students offered summer jobs on HMP-2002.
