The oldest FIAR, against the Adaptive Payload Carrier, is 575 days old.

3. On-Orbit Limited Life Status – NA/Rod Toler

The On-Orbit Limited Life Status is presented the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.

4. Certification Status – NS22/Greg Wright

All hardware certification is closed for STS-100. There are 21 hardware certification items open for STS-104 and 11 open hardware certifications for STS-105.

8. EMU Rotation Plan – HSWL/Donna Ray

Revision 1 to the EMU Rotation Plan CCBD H7130 was presented. The plan was revised to add crewmembers and third EMU to 8A, update launch dates and sequence according to the FAWG, move Research Mission 2 for February 2003, and add Increment 6 crewmembers.

Decision: Approve.

9. USA SAFER Flight Logistics Plan – XA/Anh Huynh

Changes to the USA Safer Flight Logistics Plan will be presented the last Wednesday of the month.

10. EHB Action Status – XA/D. Roberts

This item was deferred.

11. EMU 02 Sampling During V1103.02 – HSMS/Rob Boyle

EMU’s are not sampled for 02 content post V1103.02. This is inconsistent with KSC standard 02 servicing procedures. Currently 02 is verified NLT 95% at airlock panel prior to servicing EMU’s during V1103.02 test. Additionally, EMU’s are sampled at USA prior to shipping. A slight possibility exists to service EMU’s with gaseous helium (GHe) instead of gaseous oxygen (G02). KSC is recommending a post servicing EMU GO2 effluent sample to eliminate any risk and will initiate required documentation to implement.

No further items were brought forward, and the EHB adjourned.
