Eurorocket MOM L-26 to L-18
All three spacecraft (CanX-1, AAU Cubesat and DTUsat), now contained in the
NLS-1 container (P-Pod) were processed and are ready for integration with
the upper stage adapter, they have to be trickle charged periodically. The
US team for the NLS-2 (Quakesat) spacecraft will arrive tomorrow.
Today a team of 14 Japanese space engineers and students from the University
of Tokyo and the Titech Institute, also in Tokyo, arrived. They will prepare
the two Japanese spacecraft Cube UT (CubeSat XI) and Cube Titech (CUTE-1)
within the next days. Today electrical and mechanical interface checks were
performed.
The MOST team is now completely present at the launch site to support mating
operations planned to begin on Saturday.
Meanwhile, the ROCKOT booster (stage 1 and 2) has been transported to the
launch pad and been erected. The BREEZE KM upper stage has started its
fuelling procedures in the bipropellant fuelling facility.
