ESA TV Service transmission in week 31 March 2003
The ESA TV transmissions of week 31 March 2003 cover stories on top of the current space flight agenda.
As NASA is providing news clues for the origin of the Columbia disaster, the first ESA TV Service transmission of this week puts forward the case for humans in space with the emphasis being on exploration. This is the second of 2 programmes and transmissions are on Tuesday 1 April and Saturday 5 April.
The second transmission will look at the upcoming Ariane 5 launch which is critical for reestablishing confidence into Europe’s launcher sector. Transmissions are on Friday 4 April and Saturday 5 April, in time before the launch scheduled on 8 April. The ESA TV Service will also provide coverage of the launch.
