ESA TV Service: STS-109 Launch Delayed 24 hours
The launch of Space Shuttle Columbia for the 4th Hubble Space Telescope Servicing Mission has been delayed by 24 hours due to bad weather and is now scheduled for lift-off at 11:22 GMT on 01 March.
The crew is composed of Scott Altman (Commander), Duane Carey (Pilot), John Grunsfeld, Nancy Currie, James Newman, Richard Linnehan and Michael Massimino.
The ESA TV Service will retransmit live NASA-TV’s coverage of the launch between 11:15 and 11:30 GMT. If the takes off later than this time slot the ESA TV service will retransmit the launch highlights of Flight Day 1 at 19:00 to 19:30 GMT.
