As of 1 March, the ESA TV Service will use channel 2, instead of channel 1, on the Eutelsat W1 transponder B5. The new transmission data is always repeated on daily mailings. In practical terms, only the downlink frequncy changes, by 9 MHz:

Eutelsat W1 at 10 degrees east

Transponder B5, horizontal, digital channel 2

Frequency 11.14375 MHz, Symbolrate 5.632 Msyb/sec, FEC æ

As of 1 March, most ESA TV Service transmissions move into the morning, mostly at 10:00 or 11:00 GMT. Daily mailings are therefore issued on the day before the transmission they concern, at around mid-day. The weekly mailings remain in the nights of Thursday to Friday.
