ESA-TV coverage of STS-115 and Soyuz launch the to ISS

This weekend, the following three ESA-TV feeds are provided:

16 Sep 16:00 – 16:30 GMT Expedition 14 Crew pre-launch B-roll from Baikonur

Details:

Today, the Soyuz launcher carrying the next Expedition Crew to the International Space Station has been rolled out to the launch pad. On Monday 18 September, Russian cosmonaut Mikhail Tyurin and U.S. astronaut Miguel Lopez-Alegria, plus “space tourist” Anousheh Ansari, will lift off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome. This B-roll feed will feature images of the roll-out and of last launch preparations and training activities by the astronauts.

17 Sep 20:00 – 20:30 GMT Flight Day 9 Highlights of Mission STS-115

Details:

On Flight Day 9, the hatch will be closed between the ISS and the Shuttle, the Shuttle will undock and make a spectacular fly-around of the Space Station, filming the newly installed massive solar panels. ESA-TV provides a rebroadcast of the NASA-TV Flight Day Nine highlights in time for late evening and breakfast news programmes

18 Sep 18 03:50 – 04:20 GMT Launch of Expedition 14 Crew on Soyuz to the ISS

Details:

The Soyuz TMA launcher with the next Expedition Crew to the International Space Station, is due for launch on Monday 18 September at 04:09 GMT. The live transmission is a rebroadcast of the NASA-TV coverage of this event.
