Description
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) John C. Stennis Space Center is releasing Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) No. NNS06ZBA001C for Dual Use Technology Development.
On or about February 2, 2006, this CAN will be available electronically through the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) Business Opportunities site at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov and the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov .
A Notice of Intent (NOI) must be submitted and reviewed before submission of a Project Proposal to this solicitation. NOI submissions will be received on a periodic basis. The open periods for receipt of submissions of an NOI will be as follows: 2/6/2006 – 4/18/2006, 4/19/2006 – 7/18/2006, and 7/19/2006 – 9/30/2006.
This CAN, leading to the potential award of a Cooperative Agreement, is issued pursuant to Subpart A of 14 CFR Part 1260, and Title 14 CFR Part 1274 for commercial organizations.
Notwithstanding the posting of this opportunity at FedBizOpps.gov, NASA reserves the right to determine the appropriate award instrument for each proposal selected pursuant to this announcement.
