Description

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Marshall Space Flight Center is releasing a “DRAFT” Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) No. NNM10ZDA001J, entitled “Heavy Lift & Propulsion Technology Trade Study” on May 19, 2010. Comments to the “DRAFT” BAA are due on May 26, 2010, by 7:30 p.m. (central time).

The “FINAL” BAA (NNM10ZDA001K), entitled, “Heavy Lift & Propulsion Technology Trade Study,” will be available on or about June 2, 2010. Proposals to the “FINAL” BAA will be due on or about July 2, 2010.

The “DRAFT” and “FINAL” BAA will be available electronically through the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) Business Opportunities site at http://nspires.nasaprs.com .

Please submit comments to the “DRAFT” BAA, to NASA/MSFC Office of Procurement, to Melinda E Dodson via e-mail at melinda.e.dodson@nasa.gov.

Questions specifically about the “FINAL” BAA should be emailed to Melinda E. Dodson at melinda.e.dodson@nasa.gov. Questions will be accepted up to 7 days after “FINAL” BAA issuance.

NASA will not respond directly to any questions submitted in response to the DRAFT BAA. NASA will review all comments which will be reflected in the FINAL BAA as applicable.
