19-30 April 2004 saw an eleven-day mission of ESA astronaut André Kuipers to the International Space Station. This transmission is the first in a series of four review programmes with the best images from this mission. Part One focuses on the training for the mission, and includes many hitherto unseen images from Russian ISS training, notably from parabolic flights and survival training in hostile conditions.

The programme includes an A-roll of ten minutes (split audio – English voiceover) with clean international sound.
