Smoke (indicated by the yellow arrows) is visible from fires burning in parts of Mexico, Guatemala,
Belize, and Honduras. The smoke extends across the Gulf of Mexico towards Louisiana and Texas.

Tropical Cyclone 28S (Manou) was located over the Indian Ocean near 19.5S 49.0E at 06:00 UTC.
Manou has been moving west-southwestward at 1 knots with maximum sustained winds estimated at
75 knots, gusts to 90 knots.
