CSA support for the ESA Cosmic Vision Call for proposals now on MERX

To Canadian researchers:

To follow up on our message sent April 2, the CSA support for the ESA Cosmic Vision Call for proposals is now available on the MERX government electronic tendering service website (www.merx.com).  To get the full documentation, it is necessary to register and login to MERX (a credit card number is required to register, but basic services are free of charge).  The Cosmic Vision document can be found under Services / Research and Development or by the reference number is 132253.  If you have registered to MERX and requested this document, you will be automatically notified of any amendments.
