New COE for Commercial Space Transportation Public Meeting – February 9, 2010 The FAA Administrator has concurred with the request to establish a new Center of Excellence (COE) for Commercial Space Transportation (CST) in 2010. On February 9 a public meeting will be held in Washington DC to discuss the FAA COE Program and CST technical requirements. A COE Draft Solicitation will be available for public review prior to the meeting. Contact Patricia Watts, Ph.D., FAA National Centers of Excellence Program Director, via e-mail at patricia.watts@faa.gov or fax 609-485-4101 to pre-register for the meeting and to obtain further details.
