ASGSR Decadal Survey Workshop Series (on behalf of NASA)
The National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine will be developing the next Decadal Survey on Life and Physical Sciences research in space over the next two years. The survey will shape the vision for NASA’s program in Biological and Physical Sciences research in space. To facilitate the development of the Decadal Survey, a series of workshops, hosted by ASGSR, are being held to generate concepts for research campaigns and potentially new transformative research areas. This will lead to white papers that will be submitted to the National Academies. Townhalls will be conducted on December 1 and 3, 2020 in the following Physical Sciences research areas:
· Fluid Physics
· Complex Fluids
· Biophysics
· Materials Science
· Combustion Science
