Arianespace Flight 148 now set for February 23
Arianespace has decided to postpone Flight 148, originally scheduled for February 20, to allow additional checks of the Ariane 44L launcher.
Since these checks require a few extra days of work, the launch of the Intelsat 904 satellite is now scheduled for the morning of February 23, the earliest possible slot in the following launch window:

Flight 145/Ariane 511 is scheduled for February 28. An Ariane 5 will launch the European Space Agency’s Envisat Earth observation satellite into a sun-synchronous quasi-polar orbit.
