Arianespace Flight 137 update 9 Jan 2001: Launch postponed 24 hours
The launch of Arianespace Flight 137 has been postponed for 24 hours due to the remaining unfavorable weather conditions over the launch pad in Kourou, French Guiana.
Flight 137 will place into orbit the T¸rksat 2A/Eurasiasat1, an Alcatel Space communications satellite, for Turkish operator Eurasiast S.A.M.
Depending on weather conditions in Kourou, another attempt will be made in the evening of Wednesday, January 10, 2001 as soon as possible within the following launch window :
