Background information on the transmission:
Arianespace’s second launch of the year will orbit the Intelsat 904 commmunications satellite. Intelsat 904 will be the 20th Intelsat satellite launched to date by Ariane. THis is the fourth spacecraft in Intelsat’s new generation 1X series, and this launch provides further confirmation of Intelsat’s conficence in Arianespace.
The Ariane Flight 148 with Intelsat 904 on board will take place on Sunday 24 February at 03:59 Kourou time. The ESA TV Service will transmit hightlights of this launch on Eutelsat W1, please note the satellite parameters below.
