Amendment 9 to the NASA ARMD Research Opportunities in Aeronautics (ROA) 2011 NRA has been posted on the NSPIRES web site at http://nspires.nasaprs.com

This release solicits research proposals in Appendix E.2 for development of early-stage innovative concepts applicable to a broad spectrum of aeronautical challenges in the nation’s air transportation system in support of the Innovative Concepts for Aviation Project.

Mandatory Step-A proposals are due July 18, 2012.
