Amendment #6 to NASA OCT Unique and Innovate Space Technology BAA (Solicitation NNH11ZUA001K)

The Office of the Chief Technologist Broad Agency Announcement identified as the Unique and Innovative Space Technology BAA (Solicitation NNH11ZUA001K) has been amended as follows:

1. In NSPIRES, proposers upload the required elements of the proposal, including the science/technical/management section and the Budget Justification as one single PDF document. The option for that is “Proposal Document”. Information on the budget shall be included on the first page of the PDF file.

2. The total budget can be uploaded by using the option Appendix, and the PI can name this file “Total Budget”. However, no specific format is requested.

3. For this solicitation the NSPIRES budget pages are not used.

All proposal responses to this NRA shall be forwarded via electronic transmission to http://nspires.nasaprs.com/ All responses to this BAA shall be submitted at this web address by 18:00 EST on 2/17/2012. Proposals received by the Government after the above due date will not be evaluated.
