A launch hold for the Ariane 4 mission
Mission team members said a new launch date will be announced once the additional checks are completed.
The Ariane 4 launcher remains inside the mobile service tower at the ELA-2 launch zone.
This flight uses an Ariane 44P version of the Ariane 4 workhorse family, equipped with four solid-propellant strap-on boosters.
Eurasiasat 1 was built by Alcatel Space, and weights approximately 3,535 kg. at launch.
