On or about July 15, 2019, this amendment and a copy of the 2018 Eligibility Matrix was added to the NASA Research Announcement “Education Opportunities in NASA STEM (EONS) 2019” and posted in the NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES) athttps://nspires.nasaprs.com/
