A preflight image of tissue chambers loaded into the plate habitat (pHAB) for A Human iPSC-based 3D Microphysiological System for Modeling Cardiac Dysfunction in Microgravity (Engineered Heart Tissues-2) investigation.

The tissue chambers are placed inside the pHAB lid, creating a fully enclosed system for functional measurements and long-term tissue culture in microgravity. Image courtesy of Johns Hopkins University.
