Playing With Duck Tape And Cryogenic Freezers In Space
NASA astronaut Nick Hague transfers research samples into a specialized science freezer located aboard the International Space Station.
The ultra-cold freezers are nicknamed GLACIER, short for The General Laboratory Active Cryogenic International Space Station (ISS) Experiment Refrigerator, and store samples at temperatures as low as -160 °C (-301 °F).
