In this role, NAP will lead the development, permitting and construction for the state-of-the-art facility, which will house an advanced centrifuge as well as engineering and testing services for the Strategic Enhanced Ground Test Facility. Draper’s recently acquired six-acre parcel is located adjacent to NAP’s high-tech development area within Riverfront Center.

“We are excited to serve as Draper’s full-service development partner. This project demonstrates North American Properties’ ability to develop and deliver complex, state of the art facilities,” said Shawn McIntyre, Managing Partner at North American Properties The Draper project is the first in an expected series of high-tech developments for NAP as part of their Riverfront Center and Spaceport Commerce Park initiatives.
