COM DEV Announces Quarterly Dividend
COM DEV International Ltd. (TSX:CDV), a leading manufacturer of space hardware subsystems, today announced a dividend of $0.03 per common share with respect to the third quarter of fiscal 2014.

– Record Date: September 15, 2014
– Payable Date: September 30, 2014
