According to a report from the New Mexico Business Weekly this past weekends test launch of a Armadillo Aerospace STIG-B rocket failed to reach it’s intended altitude of 100 kilometers. The rocket did return to Earth intact in its designated area.

Armadillo’s flight was the Spaceport’s second FAA-licensed launch, and the 17th from the Spaceport since 2006.
