AIP Aerospace Acquires Brown Aerospace

AIP Aerospace announced today the acquisition of Brown Aerospace, a leading provider of automated drilling and fastening systems for the aerospace industry. Brown will operate as a business unit within the AIP Aerospace Tooling Group.
Brown Aerospace was founded in 2001 and is located near Port Huron, Michigan. With a singular focus on the aerospace industry, Brown is well-respected for the automated fastening solutions it provides to customers, such as Boeing, Spirit and others.

Mark Brown will continue as the Director of Operations and brings with him 20 years experience with complex aerospace drilling and fastening solutions, including a high level of expertise in engineering, operations and sales expertise.
