Crossing Earth’s Terminator Above The Gulf of Guinea
The International Space Station crosses the terminator, the line that separates night and day on Earth, as it orbits 254 miles above the Gulf of Guinea on Africa’s mid-western coast.
Portions of the orbital complex can be seen including a pair of high-pressure gas tanks, solar arrays and the Soyuz MS-12 crew ship docked to the Rassvet module.
