X-Laboratories Teams With The Jet Propulsion Laboratory To Commercialize Technology

X-Laboratories Adds Another World-Renowned Technology Developer to Its Arsenal

X-Laboratories announced the signing
of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The Jet Propulsion Laboratory
(JPL) to evaluate and commercialize selected technologies emerging from JPL.
JPL is an operating division of the California Institute of Technology
(Caltech).
This agreement will combine X-Laboratories “assembly-line”
business model and technology development partners with JPL research in a
variety of disruptive technological fields.

X-Laboratories, along with Venture partner Arcturus Capital, development
partner HRL Laboratories and research partner Pepperdine Law School’s Center
for Entrepreneurship and Technology Law will provide JPL/Caltech with ongoing
commercial evaluations of the potential of select JPL technologies, and will
bridge the gap between VC and scientific realms for JPL by establishing the
infrastructure required to commercialize these technologies.
As a result of
this agreement X- Laboratories will work with JPL/Caltech to develop viable
businesses from these technologies.
X-Laboratories expects to integrate the
work performed at HRL Laboratories with its future projects at JPL in an
effort to supply the commercial marketplace hungry for core technology
companies with new state-of-the-art applications, software and hardware.
