Titan IV Launch Delayed

VANDENBERG AFB, Calif. – The launch of a Titan-IVB carrying a national
security payload from Space Launch Complex 4-East, has been delayed until
further notice due to technical difficulties.
Launch officials expect to announce the new launch date Tuesday,
based upon the results of an ongoing technical assessment of the rocket.
