SPACEHAB To Announce Fiscal 2005 and Fourth Quarter Financial Results on September 6, 2005

SPACEHAB, Incorporated a leading provider of commercial space services, today announced that its fiscal year 2005 and fourth quarter financial results will be released on Tuesday, September 6, 2005 before market open.

SPACEHAB will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Central time following the earnings release. During the call, management will discuss the Company’s year end and fourth quarter financial results as well as other recent and potential future developments relating to SPACEHAB.
