SPACEHAB to Announce Fiscal 2004 Third Quarter Financial Results on May 11, 2004

SPACEHAB, Incorporated (NASDAQ/NMS:SPAB), a leading provider of commercial space services, today announced that its third quarter fiscal year 2004 financial results will be released on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 before market open.

SPACEHAB will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Central time following the earnings release.
