SPACEHAB to Announce Fiscal 2004 and Fourth Quarter Financial Results on September 8, 2004

today announced that its fiscal year 2004 and fourth quarter financial
results will be released on Wednesday, September 8, 2004 before market
open.

SPACEHAB will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Central time
following the earnings release. During the call, management will

well as other recent and potential future developments relating to
