SEATTLE, June 2, 2015 – Spaceflight Industries (Spaceflight), a next-generation satellite products and services company aimed at transforming the use of space, today announced it has completed the corporate integration of its three service lines under a common brand, including Spaceflight Systems (formerly Andrews Space), Spaceflight Services and Spaceflight Networks. To support the newly consolidated brand, the company also launched its official website for access to its comprehensive space products and services, www.spaceflightindustries.com.With this integration, Spaceflight now provides a single entry point for small-satellite developers and operators to plan their missions from satellite development and launch, all the way through operating their platforms or constellations. Customers are invited to engage with Spaceflight anywhere along their mission life-cycles and have a single point-of-contact to address their end-to-end mission needs, at a more competitive, bundled price than when working with multiple, disparate vendors.

Spaceflight Systems continues to provide affordable, commercial off-the-shelf NanoSat and MicroSat spacecraft components and satellite platforms previously offered through Andrews Space. Spaceflight Services remains a forerunner in the deployment of small spacecraft through its rideshare launch services and innovative launch manifest solutions. Spaceflight Networks is building out “the cell phone network for space” to enable small-satellite and constellation operators to easily and cost-effectively communicate with their spacecraft.

Spaceflight is on schedule to deliver three SCOUT imaging platforms for commercial and government customers within the next six months, and has recently delivered hardware components for 26 customer spacecraft. The company is manifesting payloads across eight separate rideshare missions over the coming 18 months, including the maiden flight of its SHERPA in-space transportation platform to deliver a record 87 payloads to low Earth orbit at the end of 2015. Spaceflight’s growing network of satellite ground stations already includes one operational antenna site in Seattle, with two more coming online later this year at sites in Fairbanks, Alaska and southern New Zealand.

“We are excited to combine our business offerings under a single brand and provide bundled solutions to the fast-growing small-satellite industry,” said Jason Andrews, CEO of Spaceflight Industries. “Our customers have come to know and trust our team within each business independently, and that same team will continue to serve the smallsat industry with powerful, integrated solutions under one brand.”
