SpaceDev Announces Timing of Fiscal 2005 Earnings Release and Conference Call

SpaceDev, Inc. will host a conference call to discuss its 2005 financial results on Wednesday, March 29, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. EST. The Company expects to file its annual report on Form 10-KSB with the Securities and Exchange Commission after the market is closed on Tuesday, March 28, 2006 and issue a related press release on its financial results on Wednesday, March 29, 2006 before the markets open.
