What: A Space Shuttle Endeavour Grand Opening Ceremony will formally inaugurate the

Endeavour exhibition with remarks from NASA administrators and elected officials.

This private event and news conference will include a look at the Space Shuttle
Endeavour exhibition which includes two galleries “Endeavour: The California Story”
and “Space Shuttle Endeavour in the Samuel Oschin Pavilion.”

When: Tuesday, October 30, 2012

9 – 10 a.m.
Press check-in

10 – 10:30 a.m.
Grand Opening Ceremony:

Speakers, dance performance produced by Debbie Allen

10:30 a.m. –
Door opening to 500 Science Center School students

10:30 – 10:50 a.m.
Interview opportunities one-on-one

11:00 a.m. – Noon
SpaceFest exhibits (Annenberg building)
