SES Completes Acquisition of 100% of O3B Networks
SES S.A. (Euronext Paris and Luxembourg Stock Exchange: SESG) announces the completion of the acquisition of the remaining shares in O3b Networks. Consequently, SES now owns 100% of O3b and will fully consolidate the company in SES’s financial accounts from this date forward.
