Science, Technology, and Space Subcommittee to Hold Hearing on Space Shuttle Safety

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Fritz Hollings, Chairman of the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, and U.S. Senator Ron Wyden,
Chairman of the Subcommittee on Science, Technology, and Space announced today that the Subcommittee will examine the safety of Space Shuttle missions on
Thursday, September 6, at 2:30pm in Room 253 of the Russell Senate Office Building. Senator Wyden will preside over the hearing. The witness list is included below.
