Rotary Rocket Company To close its Mojave Facilities and hold Asset Auction

As part of a further reduction in its operations, Rotary Rocket Company has decided to close down its Mojave facilities. The company plans to hold a large public auction of the majority of its office equipment, office supplies, shop tools, testing equipment, vehicles and industrial equipment on Saturday, February 3rd beginning at 10 am. The auction will be held in the company’s High Bay facility at the Mojave Airport. Details of the sale are discussed below.
The company is also re-marketing its two buildings located on the Mojave Airport, the High Bay Assembly Building and Low Bay Hangar, for sale or for lease. Interested parties may contact Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate at 818-449-5122 (Victor Sampson or Art Pfefferman).
Rotary Rocket Company has corporate offices in San Bruno, CA.
Auction Details – Saturday, February 3rd starting at 10:00 am at Rotary Rocket Company’s High Bay Hangar. A viewing of the sale contents will be held on Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and before the auction on Saturday. People can register on both Friday and Saturday.
The sale is being conducted by Tri-State Auction Systems of Bakersfield. For pictures and a complete listing, you may visit and look at the Auction Calendar. The terms are cash, cashiers check, and bank letter of conformation of funds. Payment will need to be made in full the day of the sale, or with a 25% deposit on Saturday, with pickup and balance due on Monday.
Parking can be accessed on the north end of Avtel Drive. Avtel Drive can be reached from Highway 58 via Airport Blvd and Ricominini or Poole streets.
