Rocketplane Limited, Inc. Announces Alliance with SpaceShot, Inc.

Partnership Marks New Era of Accessibility to Space Travel

Oklahoma City, 10/7/05 – Rocketplane Limited, Inc. announces a new alliance with SpaceShot, Inc. to award Rocketplane spaceflights as prizes in upcoming SpaceShot online skill game tournaments.

“Space travel should not just be for the wealthy and government astronauts,” announced Sam Dinkin, CEO of SpaceShot, Inc. “For less than $5 and some skill, anyone could be the first on their block to win a trip to space!”

The website will launch a series of online skill game tournaments this autumn.

“We chose Rocketplane as our partner because they will be the first to market with their suborbital spaceflight experience,” Dinkin said. “SpaceShot will have a series of major announcements over the next few months.”

According to Rocketplane president George French, “SpaceShot gives everyone the opportunity to go to space, not just the wealthy. SpaceShot’s skill games will be a huge sales channel for us. Even if they award all of our booked flights as prizes, we can build additional rocketplanes to meet demand.”
