Rocket Lab launch update: ‘Make It Rain’ mission

We are currently at L-9 days until the window opens for the next Rocket Lab Electron launch. Here’s everything you need to know in advance of the mission. 
Launch window: 27 June – 10 July NZST. 
Daily launch timing: Two hour window for lift-off from 16:30 – 18:30 NZST.

Launch site: Rocket Lab Launch Complex 1, Mahia Peninsula, New Zealand.
Mission overview:
The mission is Rocket Lab’s seventh Electron launch and the third mission for 2019.  Electron will loft seven small satellites to low Earth orbit in a rideshare mission procured by Spaceflight. Satellites on the mission include BlackSky’s Global-3 micro satellite, two U.S. Special Operations Command Prometheus and Melbourne Space Program’s ACRUX-1 CubeSat.
