Raytheon Releases 2014 Corporate Responsibility Report

Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) published its 2014 Corporate Responsibility Report, describing the company’s commitment to enriching the lives of people, strengthening its performance and reducing its impact on the planet. “Earlier this year, Raytheon launched our new vision statement: one global team creating trusted, innovative solutions to make the world a safer place,” said Raytheon CEO Thomas A. Kennedy. “Through our annual Corporate Responsibility Report, we demonstrate the power of this vision in action and showcase a culture dedicated to giving back to the community and to creating a better world for future generations.”

Highlights and accomplishments in 2014 include:

Enriching the lives of people – Raytheon is focused on empowering today’s veterans through continuing education; inspiring tomorrow’s professionals to develop and sustain an interest in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM); and promoting health and wellness for our employees. The company’s focused corporate citizenship efforts contributed to Raytheon’s third consecutive recognition by The Civic 50 as one of the nation’s most community-minded companies.
