Propose A Session For #AbSciCon22 – Astrobiology Science Conference 2022

Propose a session to help shape #AbSciCon22, the premier conference for the astrobiology community. 

If you submitted a session before the meeting was postponed, now is your chance to update your proposal. 

New submissions and updates to proposals will be accepted until 22 September 2021. 

In addition to learning, sharing and networking, #AbSciCon22 will feature four keynote speakers 

  • Dr. Reva Kay Williams, the first Black female astrophysicist and the first person to successfully work out the Penrose mechanism to extract energy from black holes.
  • Dr. Betül Kaçar, an astrobiologist and molecular biologist whose research interest focuses on origins of life, artificial biology and finding life on other planets. 
  • Ken Williford, the Deputy Project Scientist for the NASA Mars 2020 mission and director of the JPL Astrobiogeochemistry Laboratory (abcLab).
  • Prof. Nicole King, evolutionary biologist and geneticist whose research addresses animal origins and mechanisms underlying host-microbe interactions.
