Orbital ATK to Announce Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2016 Financial Results on March 8

Orbital ATK, Inc. (NYSE: OA), a global leader in aerospace and defense technologies, today announced that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2016 financial results prior to the opening of the market on Wednesday, March 8, 2017. At 9:00 a.m. (EST) the same morning, Orbital ATK will webcast the live audio and post the presentation material that will be used in conjunction with a conference call with financial analysts during which the company will discuss the fourth quarter and full year 2016 financial results and outlook for 2017. The call and webcast will be hosted by:

    Blake E. Larson, Chief Operating Officer

Orbital ATK also announced that the company today filed a Form 10-K/A with the Securities and Exchange Commission which provides restated financial results for previous periods from April 1 to March 31, 2013, 2014, 2015, and a nine-month fiscal transition period from April 1 to December 31, 2015.
