National Space Club to Present Education Donation

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — Aug. 11, 2003 — The National Space Club Florida Committee will present a $10,000 check to Dr. Richard A.
DiPatri, Brevard County School District Superintendent, during a monthly luncheon Tuesday, Aug. 12, at the Doubletree Oceanfront in
Cocoa Beach.

The money will be used to support a project the National Space Club Florida Committee inspired in which every sixth grader in the
county will attend a free, one-day field trip to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex this November.

Dr. DiPatri will be the featured speaker at the luncheon, which is scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m. EDT Tuesday and end by 1 p.m.
EDT.

If you would like lunch, tickets are $17 and payment may be made at the door. For more information about this educational outreach
