NASA recently restructured the Training Systems Contract
held by Raytheon Technical Services Company of Houston,
adding approximately $33 million in value through April 2005.

The restructuring accommodates recent changes in training
methods and plans for International Space Station crews. As a
result of the restructuring, the contract now has a total
estimated potential value of $145.6 million through 2005 if
all options are exercised.

Raytheon Technical Services Company provides development,
maintenance, operations and sustaining engineering of several
space station training facilities at the Johnson Space Center
in Houston. The facilities are used to simulate station
systems and flights for future crews and flight controllers.

Work under the restructured contract will be performed
primarily in Houston.
