NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory to Resume Operations Tuesday

PASADENA, Calif. – The Jet Propulsion Laboratory will resume normal operations on
Tuesday, September 1, at 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time.

A ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of the new Flight Projects Building previously
scheduled for Tuesday has been postponed.

JPL employees who are affected by the fire and unable to report to work should contact their
supervisor, who will work with Human Resources to address the situation.

JPL employees who have been evacuated from their homes are asked to contact

JPL employees needing assistance are urged to call the Employee Assistance Program
at 818-354-3680.

JPL is managed for NASA by the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena.
