Minister Bains to announce innovation funding, join NASA Administrator to discuss Canada’s aerospace and space industries

The Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, will announce a significant investment through the government’s Strategic Innovation Fund.

Minister Bains will then participate in the Aerospace Leadership Luncheon at the 2018 Canadian Aerospace Summit. Jim Bridenstine, Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and Jim Quick, President of the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada, will join the Minister in a discussion of Canada’s space and aerospace sectors.
