Media Alert – Canada to Ship Key Component for European Space Observatory

COM DEV International will ship a $10 million subsystem it designed and built for use in the European Space Agency’s Herschel Space Observatory. Canadian scientists will use the observatory to search for water – the basic molecule of life – in newly forming solar systems. Media are invited to discuss Canada’s contributions to the Herschel Mission.
